Superonline Cut My Internet and Ignored My Service Requests Despite Repeated Calls

I am a Turkcell Superonline subscriber and have been unable to access the internet since yesterday, despite running an online business from home. I’ve submitted multiple service requests. Two technicians arrived around noon, inspected the issue, and said the signal from the main box was much stronger than normal before leaving. They mentioned that the infrastructure team might be responsible. So far, the process seemed routine, but when I tried to contact Turkcell again for support, I noticed their communication channels were unavailable, and the live support line kept disconnecting. This has caused significant financial loss. I urgently request that your team come and fix the issue. If this cannot be resolved, I demand a subscription cancellation free of charge. I never experienced such problems with TurkNet, where I could always reach a representative. A major company like Turkcell should not avoid its customers. I need an immediate resolution.
