I have been experiencing interruptions with my Turkcell Superonline internet connection for a long time. Despite reporting it multiple times, the issue has not been permanently resolved. Finally, today they said they would send a team. And today, the Turkcell Superonline team came to my address and conducted an inspection. They determined that the problem was due to the high signal level of the ont device installed during the summer. They made the necessary adjustments, stating that the signal should be at a certain level. When I asked if I would experience connection issues again, they said there would no longer be a problem.
However, shortly after the team left, my internet connection was interrupted again. I continue to experience the same problem, and it is clearly evident that a permanent solution has not been provided.
Instead of constantly creating complaint records and waiting for technical support, I demand that this issue be definitively resolved. Otherwise, I will file an official complaint with the BTK.
