I use Turkcell Superonline, but since Saturday, my internet connection has gone away, I thought it was a simple infrastructure problem at first, but it became a problem that cannot be solved day by day, I created a fault record, they said the teams will contact you, no one contacted when I talked to the customer representative, he said that there was a port failure, there was no idle port when I asked what to do, they do, they don't give clear information, they don't say when it will be solved, I don't know what to do, the last resort seems that I will ask for a subscription cancellation, I want a very urgent solution. subscriber number: 58040782

Hello, today at 11:52, I received a call from this number: 0 (312) 979 80 12. They said they were calling from a Superonline dealership and asked if I was available between 15:30-16:30, mentioning that they wanted to come and solve my problem. I said I would be waiting, but no one came. Consequently, I called back the number that contacted me and reached a customer representative. However, Ms. Zeynep, who answered my call, said she couldn't see any information about a visit from them, and prolonged the conversation by saying she would escalate my complaint record to urgent status, and then she hung up. My problem still hasn't been resolved.

I was very fed up with these events, so I went to the Superonline solution center in my area, located at Eryaman 336 Street, and explained my problem. I was told that the teams came to my address and found that there was no available port in the building and that a new port needed to be opened. Their manager had been informed, and the manager was going to send an email to create a request for a new port. Once approved, the port team would come and open the port, and then the friends at this branch would make the connection. In short, everyone is directing me to someone else, and no one seems to have the information. I told the person assisting me at the branch that I wrote a complaint and that I was thinking of writing to CIMER as well. Surprisingly, they said, "You've done well; your process will be expedited." It seems that in this country, no one does their job properly, and only when you complain does someone notice you. It's truly a shame.
