Superonline Infrastructure Problem Not Solved, Constant Excuses!

I have been a Turkcell Superonline internet customer for a long time. For weeks, I have been experiencing serious problems with my internet connection. I have called customer service multiple times, but every time I am told “the teams will come” or “the problem is with Türk Telekom,” and nothing is done. Nobody comes, and no real solution is provided. As a customer, I pay for this service and expect a stable internet connection in return. If the problem is truly caused by Türk Telekom, then it is your responsibility to cooperate with them and resolve it. It is unacceptable to leave a customer waiting and suffering for weeks with no action. I rely on this internet connection for work, online classes, and daily needs. Having to endure such poor service for this long has become intolerable. I demand an immediate and permanent solution. Otherwise, I will cancel my subscription and escalate this matter to the relevant legal authorities.
