Superonline Refuses to Cancel My Contract and Demands a Fee for Poor Wi-Fi Service

My experience with Superonline has been incredibly disappointing; their lack of assistance is unmatched. I have been using their service for a year, and I have called them at least twenty times about problems with my Wi-Fi signal, yet no solution has been offered. The connection is incredibly weak; the signal barely reaches a meter inside my house. When I requested a modem replacement, they insisted on a fee. My contract is set to end tomorrow, and when I reached out today to cancel, they insisted that I pay an early termination fee for just one day in order to close my account. This disappointing service has caused me to move my family members away from Turkcell to different providers. I truly regret my decision to go with Superonline and anticipated a higher level of customer care from such a prominent provider.
