Superonline And Neverending Malfunction Issue

I've been using Superonline for years; I used to buy it for my workplace, and I tried to buy it everywhere I went because I was so pleased with it until last year. I've been experiencing blackouts in my home for the past year, and the most recent outages lasted nearly a month. I haven't had internet at home in nearly a month, and my wife works remotely, so this is critical for us. But no matter how much I call or request, they always ignore me and say there is a problem. I said, "Okay, since you can't provide internet, I'll cancel my membership," but even though they didn't provide internet at the time, they shamelessly demanded a withdrawal fee. I'm not sure what happened to Superonline, whether the management changed or not, but there's no trace of its former self. It forces me to wait at home without internet and does not allow me to cancel it. I asked them to send me a Superbox until this problem was resolved. They said no to that solution. If you have a Turkcell sim, they say let's provide Internet for you, but I don't have a Turkcell sim, so they don't even try to buy internet from another operator. In short, they made us slaves by forcing us to live without internet. That is why I do not want to go to my lawyer and make a big deal out of the situation. I am already aware that commitments of more than one year are invalid, but they still request a withdrawal fee, despite the fact that it is their fault and months have passed since the one-year mark. I am writing again because I know the problem will not be solved. Apparently, they now have employees who do not know how to do their jobs properly.
