Superonline Has Not Fixed My Internet Problem Despite All My Attempts

There’s no internet with Superonline. Even though it was extremely difficult to reach the phone number supposedly assigned for reporting technical issues, they still didn’t provide a solution. Every step has been tried one by one. I even restarted the system multiple times and reset the modem, just in case. They kept saying they would get back to me, but no one ever did. There’s no problem with the modem or the devices, yet there’s still no internet. I keep using up my mobile data. Not being able to receive a basic internet service consistently might only be acceptable in a tribe that hasn’t yet emerged from the jungle, but apparently, this is the reality. I truly don’t understand what Turkcell is even doing.
