Rude snd Unprofessional Behaviour By Turkcell Superonline Branch Staff
I applied online for a Turkcell Superonline home internet subscription on 9 October, 2025. The next day, I was contacted for installation. Since I was at work, I requested to reschedule the appointment to the following day between 13:30 and 14:30. On the installation day, I received a call from the branch at around 11:20. I was in a meeting at that time, so I couldn’t answer. About ten minutes later, I left a callback request. When I was called again, the staff member spoke in a rude and scolding tone, asking “why didn’t you answer the phone.” Such an attitude is unacceptable and does not reflect the professionalism expected from a Turkcell representative. Speaking to a customer in this manner undermines the trust and reputation associated with the brand. I am sharing this complaint not only on my own behalf but also to raise awareness and help ensure that appropriate disciplinary action is taken so that similar incidents do not happen to others. I kindly request that the issue be investigated and that I be informed of the outcome. Kind regards
