I Regret Switching to Turkcell Superonline — No Internet After 60+ Days of Waiting

I am extremely frustrated with Turkcell Superonline. It has been over 60 days since my new contract began on May 23, 2025, and I still don’t have access to the internet service I signed up for. I’ve contacted customer service and submitted around 10 different error and installation requests, but nothing has been resolved.

Even worse, the technician who came to handle the setup claimed he couldn't complete the installation unless I purchased an extra internet package. When I declined, he simply left and closed the ticket as if the job had been completed.

This is not just negligence; it feels like a blatant scam. I’ve been patient, but enough is enough. Paying for a service that I’ve never received, while constantly getting the runaround, is completely unacceptable. Turkcell Superonline has shown zero accountability and no urgency in solving the issue.

I demand immediate action: either finish the installation properly or cancel the service and issue a full refund. I truly regret ever choosing Turkcell Superonline, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

On June 19, they took my modem without justification and left me without a modem.

Despite leaving 13 tickets in 93 days saying 'you don't have a modem', the Pendik Cellnet and Superonline central team left me without internet despite 13 tickets in 93 days.

They didn't even do the installation.

There are also so-called honorable field teams who shamelessly try to sell new subscriptions.

Superonline is a NIGHT-MARE I'm warning you, seriously I'd rather pay a little more and get Vodafone when my contract ends.
