Hay Day Game Disappears, Losing All Facebook Progress
Hello, Since 2014, I've been playing the Hay Day game, which is linked to my Facebook account. But I hadn't played in a while. I couldn't access my cloud-based progress after reinstalling the game. It requests an ID address, but I've never registered for anything like that. I contacted the support page, but no solution was found. I vaguely recall my farm being called "Eylül" or "abt." I'm not sure if I started the neighborhood or joined someone else's by closing mine; I can't remember. I was at around level 88 or 89. Nobody I used to play with is still active in the game. Furthermore, I don't even know them; they were just people I met during the game. It's impossible for me to recall everything. When I reinstalled the game, it used to connect to my Facebook account automatically, allowing me to resume playing from the cloud. You may have removed it from Facebook, but that doesn't give you the right to annoy me. I play, uninstall, reinstall, and play again on a regular basis. As a result, you shouldn't be able to delete my game. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible and restore my game.
