Unfair 160 Euro Charge for Carry-On Luggage on SunExpress Flight XQ824

On 07/08/2024, during our flight with SunExpress (Flight XQ824, ADB-PRG at 19:00), we were charged 160 euros for our carry-on luggage, even though we were within the 4 kg limit. We were told that if we did not pay, we would not be allowed to board the flight, or we could leave our carry-on luggage at the airport.
As a result, we were forced to pay 160 euros using my daughter's credit card, leaving us feeling mistreated and unfairly charged. We sent a message to SunExpress, but we haven't received any response. The level of customer satisfaction is below zero. I strongly advise anyone considering using this airline to think twice.
They are mocking people; there is no one asking or checking. Unfortunately, they are trying to stay afloat with the money unfairly taken from travelers.
Yes, they finally responded, and of course, they are right. It's a standard response without examining the issue at all. Are we surprised? Of course not. A company that wants to profit from the customer's luggage is sad.
