Sunexpress Flight Delay Costing Time and Money

Yesterday evening, the Düsseldorf flight, which was supposed to depart at 20:05, was delayed by approximately 7-8 hours. As a result, my mother, who was supposed to arrive in Ankara at 00:35, could only reach Ankara around 8 AM. Due to the Trabzon flight being at 7 AM, she missed the connection and had to wait around 13 more hours at the airport for the next flight. I had to purchase a new ticket for ₺2600. Shouldn't I be compensated for this problem caused by you? While you can't make up for the lost time, I am requesting a refund for the new ticket. You should not inconvenience people like this.
