SunExpress Flight Delay and Rude Staff Complaint
On July 13, 2024, the SunExpress flight from Antalya to İzmir was scheduled to depart at 09:05. However, as of now, it is delayed by approximately 2 hours. The plane that is supposed to take passengers to İzmir has not yet arrived at the airport. The ground staff, unfortunately, are joking that due to a work slowdown, they cannot say when it will arrive. If it's this difficult for you to do your job and if your operations depend on so many people, you should consider shutting down the business. People have plans, and this is absolutely unacceptable. No words can adequately describe our frustration.
