My Frustrating Experience with SunExpress Flight WQ550—2-Hour Delay and Poor Service

Today, September 2, 2024, at 1:45 PM, we arrived at the airport at 11:30 AM to see off my Belgian friend on SunExpress flight WQ550 from Antalya to Brussels. The plane didn't depart at 1:45 PM as scheduled but instead took off at 3:10 PM. Moreover, passengers had to endure a long walk and then take a bus to reach the plane. How can you treat your passengers this way? Do you have no respect for us? This is unacceptable! Making all these people, including children, experience such chaos after trusting you and purchasing tickets is downright irresponsible. SunExpress, I protest your lack of professionalism in sending off the September 2 WQ550 flight with a two-hour delay. My friend and I will file complaints to the highest authorities and initiate legal action for the stress caused and disrupted plans. I am a Belgian of Turkish origin, and my friend is Belgian. For making us wait and frequently causing delays, we will seek compensation and demand a refund on behalf of my friend. We will pursue our rights from every level of SunExpress staff, from executives to the smallest officer.
