Customer service does not answer the phone even after waiting for 2 hours. Our flight from Antalya to Dubai (AYT-DXB) on 30.06.2024 at 23:25 (XQ 208) was canceled 2 hours before the flight. No proper explanation was given. No information was provided for the next flight. A paper regarding the cancellation and passenger rights was given. We were told to report our complaint. I have not been able to reach customer service since yesterday. I want to file a complaint against you. I am aware of my rights regarding this issue. I request that the ticket fee be refunded to me as soon as possible. I should be at work right now...
