SunExpress Düsseldorf-Kayseri Direct Flight Delay
Our flight from Düsseldorf to Kayseri on June 30, 2024, didn't go as expected, and we weren't given any information about it. The sick passenger was transported by bus to another city, Münster. The flight didn't end up landing in Kayseri as expected, but instead in Ankara, without any prior notification. We attempted to make a call, but unfortunately, we were unable to obtain any information and were unable to establish contact with anyone. The passengers are feeling abandoned and upset.
