On July 12, 2024, our SunExpress flight from Germany to Ankara, scheduled for 20:45, was delayed, and my husband and son did not arrive until 22:30. When we arrived in Ankara, we discovered that our luggage, along with that of many other passengers, had been left behind in Frankfurt. They spent at least an hour at the Ankara airport's lost baggage claim section. Most likely, all of our chocolate has melted by now. They did not get home until 5 a.m. I've never felt anything like this before. My husband and young child have no clothes to wear. I'm not sure when the bags will arrive, but this was our final flight with SunExpress. I will not be flying with them again, and I am extremely dissatisfied.
