I recently flew with SunExpress from Izmir to Berlin, and my newly purchased luggage arrived in Berlin in perfect condition. However, on my return flight from Berlin to Izmir, I received my bag in an unusable state. The damage was so severe that I struggled to carry it through Izmir Airport. Already physically exhausted from a 1.5-hour flight delay in Berlin, I couldn’t make an immediate report at the airport. Later, I submitted a Damaged Baggage Report through SunExpress’s website, only to receive a negative response.
As you can see in the attached photos, the wheel has broken off, taking part of the luggage body with it, making repair impossible. I am requesting prompt compensation for the damage to my luggage.
