No Bags Arrived on My Sunexpress Düsseldorf-Kütahya Flight

On August 1st, our flight with SunExpress from Düsseldorf to Kütahya was marred by the unfortunate incident of none of the passengers' luggage arriving with the plane. This is completely unacceptable. All of the passengers were left stranded at the airport until the early morning hours, utterly exhausted. A lot of these individuals were on vacation, and this situation is incredibly exasperating. This is not a simple problem to solve. This is a matter that requires immediate attention!
