I flew from Izmir to Berlin with SunExpress, using a brand-new suitcase that arrived in perfect condition in Berlin. However, on my return flight from Berlin to Izmir, I discovered the suitcase in an unusable state upon landing, even though I handed it over in pristine condition in Berlin. The damage made it extremely difficult to carry the suitcase through Izmir Airport. Additionally, the flight was delayed by 1.5 hours from Berlin, leaving me physically exhausted and unable to report the damage at the airport. Instead, I filed a damaged baggage claim through SunExpress’s website, only to receive a negative response. The damage is evident in the attached photos. While a simple broken wheel could have been repaired, the wheel actually broke through the body of the suitcase and detached entirely. I respectfully request that SunExpress resolve this damage as soon as possible.

I still haven't received any response. I will not choose Sun Express for my travels again. I will also spread this incident to everyone around me!
