I’m writing to express my deep frustration with SunExpress regarding a terrible experience that left me without the service I paid for. I flew to Antalya on April 30, 2025, on flight XQ 7647. In preparation for my stay, I booked a rental car through SunExpress under reservation number 716845480 for June 5–9. But when I went to pick up the car, I was told I couldn’t receive it due to my credit score.
Here’s the issue: there was no car, no support staff, and absolutely no assistance when things went wrong. I contacted customer service, hoping for a solution, but received no help whatsoever. Worst of all, the payment I made for a car I never received has still not been refunded.
SunExpress advertised and took payment for a service they failed to deliver. That’s unacceptable. I demand a full refund immediately. If my complaint continues to be ignored, I will be forced to pursue legal action. Companies cannot continue to treat paying customers this way without consequences.
