I am taking legal action against Sugo for unauthorized transactions on my account. Without my permission, they transferred ₺250,000 to another agency, and to make matters worse, they closed the currency exchange section, preventing me from accessing my funds. This is theft!

I did not earn this money out of thin air—this is my hard-earned income, and Sugo has no right to hold it or transfer it elsewhere without my consent. My User ID is 95096306, and I demand an immediate refund of my funds. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will escalate the matter legally. Give me back my money now!
