I Face Unfair Ban on Sugo Agency Account and Cannot Access My Balance

I have been a Sugo Agency user for nearly four years, during which I have loaded over ₺1,000,000 into my account. On this occasion, someone from the management team—without my permission—accessed my account and issued a ban. For the past 14 days, I have been completely unable to log in. My account details are linked to the number 535*******97.

When I contacted Sugo customer service, I was told that my account was banned because a complaint had been filed against me. I strongly reject this claim, as no one has filed any complaint about my account, and there is no reason for such action. This is the first time I have experienced a problem of this scale, and I am certain that no third party has ever accessed my account.

I demand that my agency account be reinstated immediately. If that is not possible, I expect Sugo to refund the balance currently in my account, along with all the amounts I have previously loaded. I request that this matter be resolved urgently to prevent further financial and professional loss.
