I Face Unfair Ban on Sugo iPhone App and Cannot Access ₺400 Balance

I have been actively using the Sugo application on my iPhone for about a year and a half with a verified account under the username “06311”, registered in the name of Solin. For the past two weeks, I have been unable to log in because my account was banned for an alleged “rule violation.” I received no prior warning, explanation, or chance to address the issue before my access was removed.

At the time of the ban, my account had approximately ₺400 in balance, which I can no longer access. This is the first time I have ever faced such a problem, and I am reaching out to Sugo customer service for the first time through this complaint. I rely on this platform as my primary source of income, so being locked out has caused serious financial hardship.

I request that my account be thoroughly reviewed, and if there has been a mistake, I ask for it to be reversed immediately so I can regain access to both my account and my funds. I expect Sugo to resolve this matter urgently.
