I Face Sudden Ban on Sugo Chat and Lose 827,000 Diamonds

I have been using the Sugo chat application for several months with the user ID 75915547. On the night of 25.06.2025 at 22:59, my account was suddenly banned without warning, and I have been unable to log back in since. Not only was my account closed, but my phone was device-banned, and my agency was penalized as well. I lost 431,000 diamonds from the agency and 827,000 diamonds from my personal account without being able to withdraw or use them.

Despite repeatedly contacting live support and sending emails, I have received no response or explanation. The management team has ignored my requests, leaving me both financially and emotionally devastated. I had invested over ₺6,500 and countless hours of effort into this account over the past month. Seeing my hard-earned diamonds and money disappear overnight is both unacceptable and disheartening.

I demand the immediate restoration of my account and the return of my 827,000 diamonds and ₺6,500 balance. I also expect a clear explanation regarding the reason for my account ban and a formal apology for the distress caused. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to take legal action to protect my rights. Please handle this matter urgently and fairly.

Direct user solicitations such as “Do you have an agency?”, “Join my agency”, or “Let me add you to my agency” are strictly prohibited as they endanger both individual privacy and system integrity. Despite receiving several system warnings regarding these rules, due to the repeated occurrence of the same behavior, unfortunately, a permanent action has been taken on your account and access from the relevant device has also been restricted.
