Dear Sugo Support Team,

My account (ID: 136753641) was recently locked with a message stating that it had been disabled due to “a violation.” However, I want to emphasize that I have never engaged in any behavior that would break your community guidelines.

In fact, I was recently subjected to offensive and abusive language by another user. Despite the provocation, I responded calmly and respectfully. I have always made it a point to follow Sugo’s policies and treat other users with dignity.

I believe my account was mistakenly suspended, possibly due to a misjudgment by your moderation system. I kindly request that you re-review the situation and reactivate my account as soon as possible.

If no resolution is provided, I will be forced to pursue this matter through legal channels. Please treat this issue seriously and respond to my request. I appreciate your attention and look forward to a timely resolution.
