I want to know why my Sugo account was suspended. I received no warning, no explanation, and have absolutely no idea what triggered this action. As a regular user who has never violated any rules or terms of service, I’m completely baffled by this suspension.
I haven’t committed any violations, I haven’t received any prior notifications, and I haven’t faced any penalties on the platform before. This sudden action has left me frustrated, especially since I’ve invested time and effort into using the app properly and responsibly. I respectfully request that Sugo support team provide me with a clear explanation for this decision.
Please also guide me through what steps I need to take to appeal this suspension or have my account reinstated. I want my account to be reopened as soon as possible, and I ask that you respond promptly and transparently.
