I Can’t Access My Sugo Account and I Still Don’t Know Why It Was Locked

I want to know why my Sugo account has been locked without any explanation. I was using the app normally, and then suddenly I found myself unable to access my profile. There were no warnings, no rule violations that I’m aware of, and absolutely no communication from support to explain what happened. I feel completely left in the dark.

I’ve reached out for help to find out the reason behind this account suspension and to ask what I need to do to get my account reactivated. But so far, I’ve received no proper answer or resolution. I’m requesting clear information on why my account was locked, what steps I need to follow to restore it, and for this to be resolved as soon as possible. This kind of unexplained lockout is unacceptable, especially for users who have followed the rules and put time into the platform.
