My Subway order took 1.5 hours to arrive, which is completely unacceptable. When I contacted Yemeksepeti, they kept telling me the "order is on its way" and refused to cancel it. By the time the order actually arrived, I had already finished my shift and left work, meaning I couldn't even eat the meal.

It's impossible to reach the specific Subway branch directly. Instead, I received a call from a different branch, where I was met with excuses like "the courier was late" or "we prepared it." They consistently blame the courier. When I stated I would never order again, their response was dismissive, "Okay, then don't order again." It's as if we're getting free food, but instead, we're paying our own money to be subjected to such poor service. To make matters worse, the sauces had completely ruined the bread by the time it arrived. The entire process is illogical; I order through Yemeksepeti, yet it feels like the responsibility lies with another company. This experience has caused immense frustration, financial loss, and a waste of my time. I demand a full refund for this unacceptable order and compensation for the ruined food.
