Subway Missing Items and Poor Customer Service Complaint

My order was missing items. I contacted Yemeksepeti customer service via phone and chat to report this, but the phone representative rudely hung up on me, and the chat support kept stalling by saying the missing items would arrive soon. I paid ₺270 for a Subway sandwich, but the extra chicken balls, oven-baked potatoes, and giant chocolate chip cookie were missing. The delivery service was poor, and I hope the restaurant sees my complaint. The delivery courier took an hour to bring my food and asked if he could mark it as delivered 10 minutes before actually delivering it, to which I agreed. However, he still took an additional 25 minutes. This is extremely poor service. I urgently request a refund for the missing items, not their delivery.
