After work, I placed an order with Subway because I was continuing to work late. To my immense frustration, there was no communication and no food delivery. This left me and my colleagues hungry. Furthermore, Subway is refusing to refund my money and has provided no contact number for customer service. Absolutely no one is addressing this issue.
My Yemeksepeti order number is #rwj4-nkcw. This incident caused significant inconvenience and financial loss, as I paid for food I never received. The complete lack of responsiveness and accountability from Subway is unacceptable. I urgently request that Subway investigate this undelivered order, process a full refund for my payment, and provide a direct contact method for support. Please resolve this within 14 days.
