StubHub Refused a Refund After Failing to Deliver My Ticket

I am writing to report a serious issue regarding a concert ticket purchased through StubHub and to request a full refund for a service that was never properly provided.

I purchased a ticket for a concert through the StubHub platform and completed the payment as requested. However, despite collecting the full ticket price, StubHub failed to deliver the ticket to me before the event took place.

Because the ticket never reached me in time, I was unable to attend the concert. As a result, I lost both the opportunity to participate in the event and the money I paid for the ticket.

When I contacted StubHub customer support to explain the situation, I was informed that the ticket had allegedly been sent after the concert had already started. Even if this claim is accurate, a ticket delivered after the beginning of an event is effectively useless. A concert ticket only has value if it is delivered early enough for the customer to access the venue and attend the event.

In this case, the ticket was not made available to me before the event, which means the purchased service was never properly provided. Despite this, my refund request was rejected.

This was my first experience using StubHub, and unfortunately it has left me with serious concerns regarding the platform's reliability and customer service practices. From my perspective, a customer who pays for a ticket but never receives it in time to attend the event should not be denied a refund.

I respectfully request a full refund of the amount paid for the ticket, as I did not receive the service I purchased and was unable to attend the event as a direct result of the ticket not being delivered on time.

In addition, I request a clear written explanation regarding when the ticket was actually sent, why it was not delivered before the event, and why my refund request was denied despite the fact that I was unable to use the ticket.

I expect StubHub to review this matter fairly, acknowledge the failure to deliver the ticket in a usable timeframe, and process my refund without further delay.
