I am writing to formally submit an urgent fraud report against a merchant operating on your payment infrastructure under the trade name rakipsiz Ltd. On August 23, 2026, I completed a card payment totaling 411.05 TRY to this entity via Stripe.com using my payment card ending in 7717. Following receipt of payment, rakipsiz Ltd completely failed to deliver the promised services or products, offering no fulfillment or resolution.

A formal transaction dispute and chargeback claim have already been initiated through my issuing bank, Yapı Kredi Bank, under Bank Dispute Reference Number 191066441.

Allowing deceptive entities to utilize your processing network to extract funds for non-existent services violates payment network integrity and consumer protection standards. I demand that Stripe immediately launch an anti-fraud investigation into rakipsiz Ltd, freeze associated merchant payout accounts, fully cooperate with Yapı Kredi Bank regarding chargeback case 191066441, and terminate this merchant's payment processing privileges to prevent further fraudulent activities.
