Yapı Kredi Charged Me for a Fraudulent Transaction From My Digital Card

On April 3, 2025, at 11:54 PM, I received a notification that a transaction of ₺169 was made from my digital credit card, originating from London. Realizing it was a case of fraud, I immediately contacted Yapı Kredi Bank and had my card canceled, followed by submitting a dispute for the charge. However, a few days later, despite the transaction being international, the amount was still reflected as a debt on my account. I remain concerned about the lack of security and fear experiencing a similar issue again. I’m also worried that the bank did not take this matter seriously, given that they still charged me. Please improve your security measures and have your team address this issue. This should not be handled so lightly. I request that the amount be removed from my account balance.
