I Paid ₺1,684 on Trendyol But No Order Was Created and My Card Was Still Charged
On 11/06/2025, I made a payment of ₺1,684 through Trendyol, and I have a bank transaction record proving the amount was withdrawn. However, despite the payment being deducted from my account, no order was created or confirmed on Trendyol’s platform. This is unacceptable and extremely frustrating.
I immediately contacted Trendyol customer support and reported the issue, expecting a prompt resolution. Unfortunately, there has been no progress or reimbursement. I demand that Trendyol take responsibility for this technical error, cancel the ghost transaction, and refund the full amount to my card without further delay. I trusted this platform for reliable service, but this experience has left me disappointed and inconvenienced. Please resolve this issue urgently.
