Stradivarius Order Delayed Delivery, Lack of Support, and Poor Customer Service

My order number 50101015550, which I placed on Friday, July 7th, has not arrived yet, even though it is now July 14th. When I sought support through the online chat on the app, I was only provided with the tracking number and no real assistance was offered. Despite repeatedly reaching out, I haven't received any tangible support, and my products still haven't been delivered. Despite my items being transferred to the local distribution center in Soke on July 10th, they still don't appear to have been dispatched for delivery after 4 days, and I'm being told that I need to contact the courier company myself. When I contacted the courier company, I received a response stating, "We have initiated the return process because we couldn't deliver your package." I then contacted the Stradivarius app once again via online communication, informing them that I had contacted the courier company and relaying their response, demanding an immediate refund since the next day would be a weekend. However, they still insist that I wait and assure me that they will follow up. I'm still waiting, and I also explained my situation via email, but I haven't received any response yet. When I requested to speak with a real person, not an AI, I was given an international phone number. I have never experienced such poor customer service, and the fact that a global brand like this offers no assistance is absolutely horrendous. While the responsibility for the product should lie with this brand until it reaches my hands, instead of contacting the courier company themselves, they suggest that I do it, and even when I do, I learn that it will be returned. Furthermore, no efforts have been made to compensate for the inconvenience. There is a significant amount of lost time and a situation that I have reported multiple times. On top of everything, I received responses that felt like mockery. I used to love this brand and constantly follow them, but from this point forward, I will never make a purchase again, and I will make sure to complain to everyone I can, explaining this situation and preventing them from being victimized as well.
