I Face Missing Items in Stradivarius Order and No Response from Customer Support
I placed two separate orders from Stradivarius on different dates and both orders were combined and sent in a single shipment. However, when I opened the package, I realized that one of my items was missing. I am extremely disappointed that such an issue occurred despite completing full payment for all products.
My order number is 5020*****62, and my email address is z*******@gmail.com. I have repeatedly tried to reach out to your customer support, but I have not received any response through any channel. This lack of communication from a global brand like Stradivarius is unacceptable.
As a paying customer, I fulfill my responsibilities, and in return, I expect my orders to be delivered completely and with care. I demand immediate clarification regarding my missing item and either the delivery of the product or a full refund for the missing piece.
