Stradivarius Delayed My Order and Customer Service Is Ignoring My Emails

On 02/10/24, I ordered from Stradivarius expecting it to come on schedule. I was informed of a delay a week later; the tracker showed just "preparing for shipment." When I contacted customer service, the phone line was dead. The online chat was annoying; it kept sending me to the courier for updates, but Stradivarius hasn't even given tracking information, thus getting in touch the courier is not possible. I have emailed three times for help, but I have not heard back. Lack of help and communication has let me down. Customer service from Stradivarius really needs work; I still have no idea when my package will arrive or whether I will even get it at all.
