Stradivarius Marked My Order as Delivered but I Never Received It

I ordered something from Stradivarius on November 29, 2024, and I’m still waiting for my package to arrive. Stradivarius's mobile site indicates that the order was “delivered,” but I have yet to receive anything. The shipping company, Aras Kargo, asserts that there is no record of such a package in their system. I feel trapped in a situation where accountability is nowhere to be found. To add to my frustration, my order number has vanished from the Stradivarius app, leaving me with no way to reference it. I attempted to contact them via WhatsApp, but all I got were automated replies that didn’t help at all. This experience has been quite exhausting and overwhelming. I require immediate help to address this problem, track my order, or obtain a refund at the earliest opportunity.
