I Face Refund Delay After Canceling My Stradivarius Leather Trench Coat Order

On September 26, 2025, I purchased a leather trench coat from Stradivarius’s online store but canceled the order on the same day. My order number is 5034*43, and I paid a total of $94 via credit card. However, even after all this time, the refund still hasn’t been credited back to my card.

I’ve tried to contact customer service, but I haven’t been able to reach anyone. This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue with a cancellation and refund. I request that the payment for my canceled order be refunded to my credit card as soon as possible and that this unnecessary delay be resolved promptly.
