On 22 December I placed an order via the Stradivarius mobile application and paid a total of₺ 6,360. On the same day I cancelled this order through the application, the products were never shipped and nothing was delivered to me. However, despite the cancellation being made on the same day, the amount of ₺6,360 was charged to me and has still not been refunded. The order number for this purchase is 50307526234. I contacted Stradivarius via WhatsApp customer service several times about the refund. Each time I was told that they would help, but no refund has been made to my account and the issue has not been resolved. I request that the payment for the cancelled order be urgently refunded to my account and that I be informed in writing when the refund is completed.
