Stradivarius Open Package Jacket Delivery And Order Cancellation
I recently received an online order from Stradivarius, which included a jacket, and I was extremely disappointed with the way the package was delivered. The package arrived today in Istanbul, Türkiye, and it was open and not properly sealed. This careless and unprofessional packaging raised serious concerns about the safety and condition of the jacket inside and made the whole delivery experience feel unreliable. In addition to this, my order placed on 01/01/2026 was delayed for 12 days and then I was informed that it was canceled just one day before the scheduled delivery date. This situation has further damaged my trust in your service and delivery process. When I contacted Stradivarius customer service about the packaging issue, they simply stated that it was the shipping company’s fault and showed no real interest in helping me. However, in my opinion, this situation is related to Stradivarius’ packaging standards and responsibility, not just the courier, and I did not feel that my concern was taken seriously.
