Stradivarius Still Hasn’t Refunded My Payment Six Days After Cancellation

9I made an online purchase from Stradivarius with order number 5026*48. I canceled the order six days ago, but I still haven’t received my refund. When I contacted customer service, I was told that I would need to wait 14 days for the refund to be processed.
I paid with a bank card, and I find it unacceptable that my money still hasn’t been refunded so long after the cancellation. This delay has caused unnecessary inconvenience. I request that the refund be issued to my account immediately without any further delay.
The transaction took place in Istanbul.
