Stradivarius Still Hasn’t Refunded My Payment Six Days After Cancellation

I made an online purchase from Stradivarius with order number 5026*48. I canceled the order six days ago, but I still haven’t received my refund. When I contacted customer service, I was told that I would need to wait 14 days for the refund to be processed.
I paid with a bank card, and I find it unacceptable that my money still hasn’t been refunded so long after the cancellation. This delay has caused unnecessary inconvenience. I request that the refund be issued to my account immediately without any further delay.
The transaction took place in Istanbul.

They sent my case to Spain for review, it's been 20 days and they still haven't paid me. Such a big company is completely uninterested and careless, and they are not giving me my money.
