Overcharged and Unconfirmed Purchase on Stradivarius Mobile App




On June 19, 2023, I placed an order through the Stradivarius mobile app. I added three items that were on sale at 18:30 to my cart and purchased them. Despite the fact that the basket total was 679.85, my payment card was charged 1084.70, and no confirmation code was requested by my bank during payment. Stradivarius accepted the money right away. Furthermore, I made a purchase in the application while my Stradivarius account was open, but no order was displayed in the "My Orders" section, and I did not receive an email confirming my order. However, the funds were taken from my bank account. Overall, my order was not confirmed, and I paid the regular price for the discounted products.
