Stradivarius Removed an Item From My Order Without Refund

I placed an order of ₺3,019.00 containing 4 products from Stradivarius, but when I received it today, one of the products was missing. When I checked the order, I realised that both the undelivered product and the price had been removed from my order. But no refund was made to my card! The relevant product is visible in my order confirmation e-mail and the amount debited from my card is the amount in the mail. Either the product should be delivered or the money should be refunded.
