Why Aren't You Fulfilling My Order, Stradivarius?

I ordered a ₺2000 gift certificate from the Stradivarius website on 01.01.2024. Order No: 50124257960. I have not yet received the order confirmation email, and the gift card has not been sent to my friend. Is it normal to wait this long for an online product to be sent? Note: I can't view my order due to the problem on your website. This was my first and last purchase from Stradivarius! Also, a gift becomes meaningful when given on time! Thanks to you, I still haven't been able to give my gift!
