My Storks Jewelry Stone Fell Out After 1.5 Months—Store Refuses Warranty Repair



I purchased a jewelry item from Storks store only 1.5 months ago, and already the stone has fallen out! When I bought this product, the salesperson explicitly promised a full warranty for any issue within one year. But when I took it back for repair, Storks unbelievably claimed it was a "manufactured product" issue, and there was nothing they could do! How can a supposedly reputable company refuse to stand by their product after such a short period? This is clearly a manufacturing defect. I'm deeply disappointed in the false assurances given at the time of purchase. Storks, take responsibility immediately—either fix this defect or refund my money (₺). Stop avoiding your warranty promises and support your customers as promised!
