Last year, I bought three pairs of earrings from the Storks store in Ankara Cepa. One of them, the Dorika Hoop Earrings, had their chain break in May. The first time I took them back, the employee, U***, reluctantly sent them for repair. After the first repair, I noticed the chain was improperly attached and damaged the earring's appearance. I returned them again, and this time they came back even worse, with part of the chain clearly missing! When I asked for a replacement, the staff rudely insisted that the damage was due to misuse, despite my assurances that I never even wore them! Now, after sending them back for a third repair, I'm deeply concerned about their condition upon return. Storks must immediately replace my defective earrings or refund my money (₺), and address U***'s unprofessional behavior promptly!
