Storks Jewelry Offers Low Buyback Prices Despite Certification

I deeply regret purchasing Storks brand jewelry. When I decided to sell back two rings at their Eminönü branch, I was told that one of my rings lacked the brand engraving, even though I had the original certificates. As a result, they offered me a much lower price than expected.

To make matters worse, I later received a better offer from a jeweler in the Grand Bazaar, proving that Storks’ buyback prices are unfairly low. When I contacted the brand owner, I was told that there was nothing they could do and that this was simply their sales policy.

When I bought these rings, I was assured that Storks would assist with resale, yet they failed to honor their word. I feel misled and disappointed. If you're considering buying Storks jewelry, be aware that reselling it later may not be as easy or fair as they claim. Has anyone else faced this issue?
