My Gold Necklace from Storks Came Back Poorly Extended

I recently bought a gold necklace from Storks at Capitol Mall, which turned out to be too short. Naturally, I wanted to exchange it for a slightly longer chain (standard sizes usually go 45-50 cm increments). When I went back to request an exchange for a longer chain, the store offered to modify the existing one instead. After waiting without proper updates, I finally got the necklace back—but shockingly, they had added an oversized, ugly link to just one side, completely ruining the necklace’s appearance on my neck. It looks awkward and unprofessional, definitely not what you'd expect from a reputable jewelry brand like Storks! I'm deeply disappointed and demand Storks immediately replace my necklace with an appropriate-length chain or refund my money (₺) right away. Fix this terrible workmanship urgently!
